  • Rebecca started WildologyAZ LLC in 2013 with the passion to get kids outdoors. She is 3rd generation native to Arizona and mother of two daughters. She started her career at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality where she worked as a field scientist. Rebecca has a background in water quality, watershed restoration, outdoor recreation and wildlife conservation education. Over the years, Rebecca has developed a passion for the nonprofit sector and has served on the Board of Directors of Wildlife for Tomorrow. Currently, she works as a contractor to provide nonprofit management and leadership, in addition to implementing the Mesquite Wildlife Oasis program!

  • Michelle is an Arizona native, with a background in agriculture and business. She loves to go camp, hike and hang out with her two sons. You will find Michelle in the classroom and outdoors. She teaches herpetology, animal adaptations, fishing and kayaking. She inherited a love for reptiles from her father and brother.

  • Teri is a retired elementary teacher with over 25 years of experience teaching all grade levels & subjects. She is a native Arizonian, fluent in Spanish, and an alumni of ASU West, & NAU (masters). Her love of learning and teaching others about the amazing wonders of nature and science brought her to our team. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and Marley (fur baby), discovering all that nature and life have to offer through her travels. Teri loves all outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, paddleboarding, skiing, ziplining and photographing nature to name a few.

  • Stacy is from Michigan, but has lived in Arizona for almost half of her life.  She has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Education and has taught at the elementary, middle school and college over the past twenty years. Stacy loves to hike, ride her bike and explore nature.  She also loves to read and learn about new topics, travel with her family and volunteer at her kids school.

  • Amy has over 30 years of West Valley residency, is an experienced higher-education and business professional, and a graduate of NAU and ASU-MBA. Having lived in the beautiful states of Colorado, Oregon and Arizona, Amy has an immense appreciation for nature and the outdoors! She has a special affinity to lizards, birds of prey, hiking, skiing and tennis. Sharing a love and respect for nature with others is her passion.

  • Lindsay Layton is from Pennsylvania but has lived in Arizona for 20 years. Lindsay has a Bachelor of Science from Lebanon Valley College. She spends her time hanging with her four kids, husband and dog. Lindsay and her family love to road trip all over the United States. Lindsay works for Arizona Elk Society, as there Youth & Volunteer Program Coordinator.

  • Tiffany moved to Arizona in 1987 and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in education. She taught for 10 years in the Litchfield Elementary School District. Tiffany brings class management and organization skills with her wherever she goes! She enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing and relaxing in the outdoors!
